Dr. Musolas received his medical degree from the Central University in Barcelona, Spain. Nowadays he is the medical coordinator from the Foundation. He has participated in 12 missions, for CPM as well as for other organizations like Medicos del Mundo and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation
Dr. Musolas maintaines a private practice in Barcelona since 1989. He has published articles in 13 international plastic surgery magazines and a surgical manual edited by CPM for the educational workshops.

Dr. Francisco (Paco) Canales earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Stanford University in 1982. He also completed all of his surgical training, including a plastic surgery residency, at Stanford University Hospital. In 1992, he co-founded Plastic Surgery Associates of Santa Rosa.
Dr. Canales is board certified in plastic surgery by The American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a member of the California Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and of the elite American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He has served as Chief of Plastic Surgery at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital and as Chief of Surgery at Warrack Hospital.
Having grown up in Puerto Rico, Dr. Canales enjoys returning to Latin America for volunteer plastic surgical work, repairing cleft lips and other birth defects in children. He has operated in Honduras, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Argentina, and Kenya.

Colaborador del Dr. Morelli, en técnicas de tratamiento microquirúrgico precoz en las parálisis obstetricias ya a finales de los ’70. Actualmente desarrolla su actividad quirúrgica en el Policlínico Multimédica de Milán como consultor de las patologías del plexo braquial obstetricia y traumático en el adulto. El número de pacientes con lesiones obstétricas tratados con cirugía primaria supera los 300 casos; a éstos hay que añadir todos los pacientes tratados con cirugía secundaria a nivel de hombro, codo y mano. El Dr. Raimondi coopera por el tratamiento de las parálisis obstétricas con el doctor Santos Palazzi en su Servicio en el Centro Médico Teknon de Barcelona.

Dr. Ernest K. Manders trained at the University of Michigan for both General Surgery and Plastic Surgery. He is member from the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. After serving as Chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery at the Pennsylvania State University he moved to the University of Pittsburgh in 1997. Here he plays a major role in the reconstructive surgery of the Division. Dr. Manders also heads the service at the Oakland VA Hospital.
